Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu Haneda Airport Terminal 2

Very conveniently located in Terminal 2’s domestic wing for ANA, so if you are flying ANA, you can practically walk out of the lobby and enter security. The staff were very helpful with the amount of luggage we had, both with holding them before and after check-in, and moving them to and from our room. We were so grateful they were so accommodating to our situation.

Very nice property adjacent to terminal 2 which was amazing. The Japanese people are so,polite & gracious. Our only complaint is the the front desk staff should have someone working that can speak English. It was very hard to communicate with anyone at the front desk. They couldn’t understand us & we couldn’t understand them. Seeing it is an International airport with adjacent hotel it is important to be able to have good communication with your hotel guests.

This is the perfect place to stay before an early morning flight to relax! It was very clean, comfortable and was everything you need and expect for staying at an airport. The room was honestly so much nicer than expected, it was modern and spacious with great amenities and plenty of toiletries. Although we didn't have a view of the runway, we still had a lovely view outside and could see planes taking off and landing on the other side of the runway. The location was great of course, because it is located literally in the terminal. So this took a lot of stress away from having to navigate our way their in the early hours of the morning. Check in and out was easy but staff could've been a bit kinder considering this is your last stay in Japan before departure.

We arrived in Tokyo close to midnight, & we were thankful that we could easily get to our hotel rooms to have a good night’s rest. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, and the staff at the front desk were so warm & welcoming. We also appreciated the vending machines which allowed us to get sandwiches & other simple food & drink options even though it was so late. Although we arrived at Terminal 1, it was also really easy to take a free shuttle to Terminal 2, with signages along the way to point us in the right direction.

It was a great place to stay after landing in Haneda at 7:30 pm. We landed in Term3 and took the free shuttle to Term 2. I didn’t feel rushed to get to Tokyo that same night. I could relax and figure out transportation strategy the next morning. There were a few restaurants open to get a bite to eat. I used the ATM at the visitor center in terminal 2 and pick up some maps and or info. The room was quite large compared to rooms in Tokyo - very comfortable.
